  • Take a blender and crush the Doritos until they look like breadcrumbs. Pour these crumbs out into a dish.

  • Jalapenos: 12
  • Bacon: 12 slices, halved

  • Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Take a large bowl and mix in cream cheese, garlic, Pepper Jack, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Then, remove the veins and seeds with the help of a spoon.
  • Fill each jalapeno with the mixture.
  • Wrap each jalapeno with half a bacon slice.
  • Carefully place each jalapeno on a baking sheet. Bake till you see the bacon becoming crispy and the peppers become tender. This should take approximately 25 minutes.

  • Cheese curds: 1 pound
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Beer: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1, beaten
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Table salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: To deep fry

Method

  • Heat some oil in a big skillet till it reaches 400 degrees. You must ensure that there is sufficient oil in the skillet so that it completely covers the curds.
  • Take a bowl and mix together baking powder, flour, and salt.
  • Add the beer and egg and mix well till all the ingredients are well combined. The batter should look like the batter of a thin pancake. If you find that it is too thick, you can add more beer. In case your batter is too watery, add some flour to thicken it up.
